A local agency, built around people
Sammy Estates began in 2014 above a coffee shop in Bristol, with one simple belief: moving home should feel exciting, not exhausting. More than a decade on, we've helped over 1,200 families find their next chapter across England, Wales and Scotland.
We've grown, but our approach hasn't changed. We keep our branches small, our advice honest and our valuations realistic. When you work with us, you deal with named people who know your area — not a call centre.
